  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, or Business Management, or any relevant field  

  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement roles, which can range from junior positions to more senior roles with increasing responsibility 

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ERP solutions and procurement tools

  • Spoken Arabic language is a plus

  • Transferable Visa, Valid Saudi Driving License

  • Conduct comprehensive research and assessment of potential suppliers.

  • Formulate strategic plans for the acquisition of food, beverages, equipment, services, and supplies.

  • Negotiate contracts.

  • Adhere to and enforce the organization's procurement policies and procedures.

  • Scrutinize, contrast, and analyze products and services slated for procurement, ensuring cost-reduction strategies while maintain quality.

  • Oversee inventories and meticulously manage precise purchase and pricing records.

  • Sustain and enhance supplier information, encompassing qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.

  • Cultivate positive supplier relationships and skillfully negotiate contracts.
