We cater to our clients by delivering food produced in a large-scale central production unit (CPU) with a capacity to produce 150,000 meals per day. This CPU has a dedicated production section for Asian, Filipino, Arabic and Continental meals, sandwiches and salads wherein seasoned Chefs and Cooks prepare and cook the meals.
We give our client menu options based on their service preference. In a buffet service, we deploy food servers in the client’s mess hall while for packed meals, we assign food handlers to deliver the food parcels directly to the client’s premise. Both services are supervised and monitored.
To ensure the consistent implementation of controls on food safety and staff hygiene, we designate a QHSE Officer in the kitchen and mess hall.
Over the years, we have managed to increase our clientele.
