QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales or any relevant field of study

  • 5-7 years of experience with proven track record in sales in the field of Catering and other Food Service operations 

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Arab is preferred

  • Transferable Visa, Valid Saudi Driving License

ROLE

  • Lead the development of new and complex or critical business development opportunities to ensure closing of deals and improve the market position and support the overall growth of the company.

  • Analyze market trends and political scenarios to develop detailed business plans and market penetration plans and develop strong market intelligence to drive the sales processes efficiently and ensure key client segments are targeted.

  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying key customer demographics in the market and meeting with prospective business partners.

  • Develop and maintain a robust deals pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales.

  • Search the market and create techniques and responsibilities to reach out to new customers and develop existing customer relationships.

  • Oversee client relationships lead and manage contract negotiations and coordinate complex decision-making process.

  • Manage the company’s relationship with external parties such as consultants and contractors to ensure good standing business relationships and smooth workflow operations of all business development activities.

  • Attend events and conferences that will boost network of contacts in the industry.

  • Lead the development of technical and commercial proposals for tender bids.
