About the Role
The right candidates should have a wide network of contacts in the field and proven track record of securing new businesses with huge contracts within the Facility Management and Security Services Sector.
He must be skilled in preparing and presenting commercial bids to company decision makers, negotiate and close sales. As a result, his skills should translate into increased revenues, new customer opportunities, and long-term business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales or any relevant field of study
8-10 years’ experience with proven track record of securing huge contracts in the FM and Security Services sector
Excellent command of English communication and administrative skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Can manage a Customer Management System
Sound knowledge of both private and public industry/client sectors and tendering and commissioning procedures
Exceptional client relationship management skills
