Facility Operations Manager

The right candidate should be highly skilled in process development and optimization, people management, facilities upkeep and improvement, budgeting, cost-control, contractual and legal compliance, technology integration, efficient resource utilization, and client relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any relevant field of study

  • 8-10 years of experience in building/site operations (at least 5 years of experience managing staff), basic knowledge of all trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of building management systems

  • OSHA Certified

  • Familiarity with health/safety regulations and experience leading health, safety, and security programs

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent command of English communication and administrative skills

Venue Cluster Manager

We are looking for Sporting & Mass Event Professionals to join us in running the

FIFA Public Food & Beverage Concessionaire Programme.

Role:

Pre-Operations:  To work closely with the venue teams for planning and delivery and to integrate all relevant operational strategies into a successful venue plan.

Ground Operations:  To ensure that the FIFA’s event standards correspond to the actual venues and to report, manage and resolve risks and issues that could affect the whole operations.   

Post Operations:  To plan and organize demobilization of manpower, equipment, and items in all venues.  To be the outer link to the inner operations for Logistics, Accommodations, and Staff Transportation, while for the inner link, to filter reports to the Operations/F&B Managers for the Events Director.

Training Manager

We are looking for Sporting & Mass Event Professionals to join us in running the

FIFA Public Food & Beverage Concessionaire Programme.

Role:

Plan, develop, and implement a training program that will enable the workforce to render their duties and comprehend the work procedures in the venues/areas to which they have been allocated.    

The suitable candidate should have a strong knowledge of large and mass event operations and solid skill to teach employees based on an operational manual.  

Work with the Pre-Planning Core Team during manual preparation and planning phases, conduct skill assessments, and maintain training records.
