Our History

Qatar Star Services (QSS) traces its modest origins back to 2004, when the first meal emerged from what could easily be recognized as a home kitchen. In that span of time, QSS has undergone a transformation, evolving into a titan within the realm of industrial catering. But our journey is more than just a tale of culinary evolution; it's a saga of unwavering commitment and dramatic growth.

Throughout the years, QSS has adhered to a steadfast strategy, anchored in an unyielding commitment to quality, safety, consistency, and innovation - a commitment that has endured the test of time and trials. This steadfastness is the cornerstone that has not only enabled us to retain clients from the government and private sectors over extended periods but also to secure new contracts year after year.

What began as a modest kitchen producing 7,000 meals daily has evolved exponentially. Currently, orchestrating the preparation of up to 150,000 meals per day stands as a resounding testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence. Moreover, we strategically initiated operational integration by establishing our Food & Beverage and Event operations, launching restaurants, and bakeries, and engaging in social and mass event endeavors. Consequently, this deliberate integration seamlessly transformed our life support services into a comprehensive facility management operation. In this evolution, strategic investments were made in essential resources such as warehouses, laundry facilities, garages, and staff accommodations, solidifying our competitive stance in the market, elevating us to the status of an industry giant in Qatar and earning for us a reputation as a trusted leader in industrial catering. We proudly stand as one of the formidable forces in every significant tender bid, distinguished by our strength both technically and commercially.
