
Our Story
Seventeen years since the very first meal was produced from what seemed to be home kitchen operations, Qatar Star Services (QSS) has transitioned into an industrial catering giant. QSS strategy has always been to keep a solid COMMITMENT to QUALITY despite all challenges. It is through this commitment that we have managed to retain clients from both government and private sectors for a long period of time and to win new contracts every year.
Success has taken QSS from a kitchen producing 7,000 meals per day to as much as 150,000 meals per day.
The QSS commitment is geared not only towards the service we provide to our clients but also to the growth and development of our people. People training is a significant investment to enhance our employees’ performance while an employee reward system is an effective tool to boost their dedication and loyalty.
We are up against a number of industry leaders, but competition against rivals is not what we prepare ourselves for. We are now competing against our own existence for every contract that we want to win and every crisis that we need to navigate during mobilization.
