Quality standards

Star group has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) to satisfy the needs of its customers, comply with applicable laws and regulations and improve the overall aspects of the organization.

The Integrated Management System (IMS) complies with the requirements of the following international standards:

» Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2000.
» Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001:2004, and
» Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&S) 18001:1999.

The IMS covers quality, environmental and safety related activities of the concerned functions or areas of the following services:

» Management of catering & life support,
» General cleaning,
» Waste management,
» Housekeeping,
» Laundry,
» Pest control, and
» Landscaping & gardening,

IMS demonstrates star group's ability to consistently provide products and/or service that meets or exceeds the customer and applicable regulatory (if any) requirements. In addition to this, it also aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

Moreover, IMS aims as well to reduce / eliminate / prevent the impact of related environmental aspects which may be associated with star group's activities.
