- Minimun of (4) years experience and minimum (10) years of hotel experience
and must possess the following skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and leadership
- Very creative
- Skilled in menu development
- Able to manage large group of people especially outdoor catering
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management / Culinary Arts or its equivalent
- Fluent in communication and written skills in English language.
Arabic language is an advantage.
